Manager - Financial Services Industry - Consulting

The role will involve: Being a part of an experienced team you will need to work on complex consulting projects for the major Russian and multinational banks. The role will include: Leading strategy and operational transformation projects ‑ ranging from long term business strategy advisory projects through to performance improvement and cost reduction) Leading and supporting targeted sales and business development activity aimed at the top banks in the CIS market Supporting building of the Financial Services practice (capability, recruitment, thought leadership, etc.) To be considered you should possess: We need ambitious, highly-organized, motivated, driven consultants who will develop themselves and the Practice being #1 on the market. 6+ years of professional work experience ‑ ideally in a leading consulting organization or within a senior change / project management role at a leading bank Experience across a number of Financial Services sectors and product lines CFA / MBA would be an advantage Expertise in FSI operations consulting Strong analytical and research skills Demonstrable team and engagement management skills Excellent communication skills ‑ fluent Russian and English and the ability to formulate concise, clear business summaries Ability to travel A high degree of self motivation, drive and ambition, ability to work long hours when the need arises Result orientated with a strong ability to meet tight deadlines.
