Description

Job responsibilities Accounting areas: Goods bought from foreign and local suppliers Customs duties, VAT, brokerage, Transportation cost Production (standard costing), Raw Materials, Semi-finished / Finished Goods Suppliers foreign and local Period closure (month, quarter, year): Ensure that all transaction in the corresponding areas are booked in line with statutory requirement and Corporate Policies Monthly reconciliation: AP module vs. General Ledger Inventory module vs. General Ledger Accrual of transportation, brokerage Monthly revaluation of balances in foreign currency Intercompany and local suppliers reconciliation (incl. custom), Goods in transit Goods claim processing Stock takes and analysis of inventory variances Obsolete stock provision Scrap analysis Analysis of production variances VAT (scrap, shortages) Currency Control / Passport of deals (Goods) Filling documentation for periodic tax requests Other ad-hoc activity (back up of other team members) Required skills Diploma in accounting /finance / economics Experience of being in similar position in multinationals not less than 2 years Experience in ERP ORACLE or other ERP system Excel skills, good user level English, intermediate MS Office 2013, Consultant +, 1C
