Analyst / Junior Analyst at VC fund

Responsibilities:

• Origination, development, and analysis of potential investment opportunities
• Conducting market and company research
• Analysis of projects from fund's pipeline
• Financial modeling
• Preparation of investment documents (teasers, information memorandums, presentations, term sheets, monthly reports)
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• At least 2 years of relevant experience VC, PE, IB, Big-4 (valuation)
• Completed BSc / completed or studying for MSc degree in Finance, Economics, Management or Information Technologies
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and financial modeling
• MS Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
• Participation in the CFA program is an advantage
