Associate

As an associate, you will experience management consulting in a uniquely collegial way.

Description

As an associate, you will work with, rather than on, clients. We value collaboration highly.

Typical responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, conducting competitor assessment studies (benchmarking, best practices), generating proposals and leading client and analyst teams, and recommending and implementing co-created actions alongside the client.

We will nurture your entrepreneurial spirit and are committed to providing you with hands-on experience that will have a positive impact on the rest of your career.

We take a tailored approach to performance management and career advancement, and so the scope of your consulting role will increase as rapidly as your individual performance warrants.

You will benefit from our global scale and capability without compromising the speed and nimbleness afforded by your close-knit teams.

Career progression trends suggest the following model:

associate to manager within two to three years, manager to principal within three to four years, and principal to partner within three to five years.
