Description

Responsibilities:

  • Key team member on commercial valuations (business and equity), valuation of intangible assets, modeling;
  • Carrying out financial analysis of company's historic results and projections, conducting industry researches;
  • Preparing and delivering financial models;
  • Report writing;
  • Dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic record (at least Bachelor s Degree), desirably in finance/economics;
  • At least 3 year experience in valuation or investment analysis;
  • Knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques;
  • Understanding of applicability and specifics of each valuation approach in Russian valuation practice;
  • Understanding of RAP/US GAAP/IFRS; ACCA/CFA certificates would be a plus;
  • Oil Good written and spoken English;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Good team player;
  • Strong motivation for further professional development;
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
