MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibility for detailed, accurate and timely reporting on the financial status Analyze & Manage debt and equity short- and long term Meet country, IFRS, US GAAP and companies compliance standards Create departmental procedures that are up to standards Responsibility and Oversight of all financial operations (from payroll to appropriations) Responsibility for accounting, the budget, debt and assets & investments Represent the financial & Business interests Ensure plans are viable based on current and future budgets in order to ensure profitability Responsibility for planning company s financial structure by predicting which strategies will be most successful Analyze operations, identify profitable business in order to enhance sales & business Ensure financial credibility by verifying accuracy of financial statements, trends and forecasts and reporting results to company s executive management team, the joint venture s board of directors and shareholders. Establish and maintain relationships and communications with the company s audit firms, vendors, banks and lenders. Oversee cash management function ensuring appropriate cash liquidity and allocation, controls for purchases, and investment guidelines. Chair the annual financial planning process for the company. Prepare budgets and monitor variances to budget. Create, manage and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes within the Company by working with functional managers to create detailed budgets and monitor accordingly. Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data to Board of Directors, investors/shareholders. Assist with developing operating policies and procedures, directing the work of department/function managers. Oversee the integration of all reporting departments in order to maximize the effective use of all resources and expertise. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree in Finance/Accounting, CPA or MBA 10+ years finance/accounting/business experience 5+ years managing/CFO professional experience, preferably in manufacturing, B2B Strong written and verbal communications skills Excellent project management skills and reporting progress Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, financial analysis techniques and financial systems
