Description

Key responsibilities:

Leads the development of brand business plans locally as well as on a global market arena, supports the team to deliver excellent implementation of these plans to drive profitable growth for the brands, consistent with the company strategy and our marketing disciplines.
Maximizes the learnings that the team can derive from their marketing activities and ensures this learning is applied to future plans and activity implementation.
Champions the needs of the company in these markets with local commercial teams.
Initiate close, consistent communication with internal and external agencies.
Collaborate with commercial finance team on pricing strategy and execute as appropriate.
Manage and regularly review the total marketing budget, maximizing resources and ensuring spend levels are as agreed.
Assimilates local and global E-marketing market trends, dynamics and legislation, and enables the team to adapt to changes as necessary.
Lead, motivate, coach and develop the team.


Experience:

7 or more years of successful, progressive business development, commercial & marketing experience
Understand the company's mission, organizations and culture. Also understands the global impact of consumer, industry, legislative and competitors trends upon the company and its business environment.
Marketing experience gained in the TMT, IT, E-commerce, Media industry might be an advantage
Ability to manage, coach and develop up
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinker
