Corporate Finance Senior Specialist (Debt Finance, Loans)

This professional will be involved into all company s deals, driving the key processes to secure required financing. Position is open in a company s headquarter. This position is available only for citizens of Russia. RESPONSIBILITIES Organize and manage all projects related to engagement of required financial resources. Manage the process with banks and other financial institutes. Control the credit portfolio services activities. Take part in bond issue projects. BACKGROUND Degree in Finance/Economics. 2+ years of experience in corporate lending, with special focus in syndicated/bilateral credits (banking or in-house corporate finance background).
