A CRM Project Manager will lead the implementation of new integrated CRM solution for all offices of Deloitte in the CIS.
The role will involve:
- Leading the project team, facilitation of internal steering/working groups
- Planning & budgeting: development of the project plan, regular status updates of all relevant stakeholders
- Coordination of development, data migration and implementation with the selected vendor
- Delivery of the integrated CRM solution within set deadlines and budget
- The role will require working closely with all business stakeholders (front and back office) on all stages of the project to gather and analyze business requirements, define business processes and integration points.
To be consider you should possess:
- Higher education in IT integration and systems implementation
- Experience in ERP & CRM systems implementation in companies above 1000 employees is a must
- Proved experience in managing complex projects
- Excellent communication skills in Russian and English
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certificate will be an advantage
