Description

Responsibilities: Control over MM, FX, Interest rate&Security derivatives trades affirmation. Management of cash flows for the FX/MM and all other derivative products. Ensuring all incoming and outgoing flows are affirmed with the counterparts/clients with any discrepancies escalated to the relevant desk for resolution. Reconciliation processes for transactions, investigation, and resolution of reconciliation breaks on Nostros. Ensuring any fail to receive are escalated to the counterpart and management. Support of exchange derivatives trades. Processing of life cycle events for different derivatives products. Booking and processing of daily and intraday margin calls are required by clearing brokers or exchange (LCH EDX). Processing of physical commodity trades, including documents support. Make booking to reflect initial margin, variation margin, brokerage fee and interest. Work with the Head of team, traders and support representatives to improve existing workflows and controls, service levels and processes. Participation in UAT of new derivative products in tight cooperation with Project Managers. Reqirements: Highly experienced in a back office environment supporting FX/MM and Interest rate & Security derivatives products. Knowledge of all related swift message types including MT1XX, MT2XX, MT3XX and MT6XX. Excellent problem solving, decision making, team & communication skills. Willingness to learn new functions. Knowledge of derivatives products (Forwards, NDFs, Options, IRS, CCS, CapFloor, CDS, Swaps and etc) and their life cycle events. Achieve delivery targets for multiple tasks that have conflicting timeframes. Ability to work long hours Punctuality English upper intermediate level Good Excel/Word skills FCSM Certificate 1.0 is mandatory.
