Our client, a well-established Banking group, is looking for an Head of CRM to join their growing management team in Moscow, Russia







Description

The CRM unit is responsible for the development and maintaining of all models and business logics supporting our customer interaction and the deployment of this through our Marketing Automation system for Personal Banking customers. CRM main objective is to create actionable insight based on analytics to ensure that is being relevant and consistent to the customers in all touch points. Main tasks in the short run is to: Develop the competencies in the team even further. Optimise the structure and processes around creating analytical insights to support customer interaction in all touch points. Increase the growth rate of the propensity factory and corresponding inventory. Grow number of customer interactions in online channels. Co-create with relevant stakeholders on developing the analytical support for customer interaction across all channels. The longer term target is that you with your team of analysts maintain and evolve the propensity factory and other analytical insights that meet the future requirements of Personal Banking in local dimensions in order to support marketing automation and customer interaction optimisation. You will work in close co-operation with other units in Analytics and key people in Banking and other units in Personal Banking. The qualifications you need: We are looking for a profile with excellent communication skills and a deep business understanding preferably from the financial sector. Leadership experience is required. You hold a Master degree in business administration, finance, mathematics, statistics or equally. Other important skills that will make you a great match: Comfortable in working across business and aligning business needs with analytical insight. Driven to achieve and focus on execution. Able to effectively coach and motivate your employees to reach for stretched targets and reach the vision of world class analytics. Interested and knowledgeable about both how CRM insights are used in the Banking business in the optimal way, and also in how to build the analytics behind. Very self-driven and have the ability to get things done in a pragmatic way.
