Intern (VTB ROST) in Structuring Department

The main day to day responsibilities of the individual in this role are: Structuring Comprehensive regulatory and reporting transaction analysis; Involvement into all transaction closing-related processes end-to-end project management: from inception to execution/settlement; Preparation of presentations and discussion materials; Coordination over simultaneous approval processes on corporate bodies of various VTB Group entities; Review and analysis of legal documentation; Cross-functional communication within VTB Group.Requirements: Master s degree (finished in 2016/2017) in economics, finance or legal spheres; Relevant experience (>6 months); English advanced level (obligatory); Strong analytical skills; Pro-active with an ability to manage multiple projects; Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to operate in both structured and unstructured environments is also a must.
