Investment Manager in Real Estate /Leisure Project

Key responsibilities Managing strategic investments in hospitality and real estate project. Running the project as investment business; Opportunity analysis, benchmarking, market research; Investment strategy execution while meeting interests of the Investor/Principal; Concept and detailed business plan elaboration; Due Diligence, assets estimation, investments analysis, real estate project finance structuring; searching for and collaboration with the possible investors in order to support investment project execution at any stages; Property Management and Facility Management control; Investment attraction activity, Finance management, preparing presentations, roadshows, events, seminars etc . Cash flow management. Weekly report to the Principal. Candidate profile Education: Higher finance education. МВА is a plus Experience&Skills: Legal management experience in real estate, hospitality, investment companies or others; Prior experience in working with the Principals; Knowledge of the European regional Real estate market, strong business connections in finance and investments markets, substantial volume of finalized contracts/ raised funds; Primary CAPEX estimate skill; Relations with the International Financial and /or Government Institutions; Successful experience in fund raising. Bank interaction experience, successful experience in managing assets Personal skills: Ability to work with a massive information, ability to meet deadlines also in constantly changed multitasking Literacy in both oral and written; Information search Loyal, responsible, punctuality, plain dealing; Ability to espouse personal point of view; Ability to be a decision maker; Purposeful and result oriented; Good communicative skills; Ready for business trips; English and Russian languages is a must.
