Responsibilities: Working as part of a team on projects involving various financial products (block trading, buyback, REPO capital structuring, raising, special situations on ECM and DCM, portfolio management, PE and M&A projects) but focus on servicing clients in a variety of industries mainly within Russian market Utilize data and program tools (Bloomberg, Microsoft Office and etc.) to analyze complex financial information and contributing to the production of presentation materials/information memo, prepare transaction documents, conduct due diligence and perform market and industry research Utilizes knowledge, experience, and expertise to lead a comprehensive discovery analysis that identifies differentiating information and variables to be used in preparation of information materials and products and services development process Performing financial valuation, discounted cash flow and multiples based analyses Building and using financial models Executing client transactions from start to closing Providing project management support to senior team members Required skills / competencies: Prior working experience in an investment banking front office role (1-2 years) Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business Language: fluent English
