Logistics Director

Job responsibilities: Optimization and development of foreign economic activity of the company, of the warehousing and transport logistics, optimization of goods allocation and movement processes, planning and control of the cargo flow Building of an effective work of the Logistics Department, personnel management Preparation and execution of contracts for export / import Organization and control of the complex of works related to cargo delivery and customs clearance: Analysis of transport schemes and routes, organization of combined transport (auto, rail, sea) Search and selection of optimal customs schemes Cooperation with shipping companies and customs brokers Preparation of documents required for customs clearance and control, certification Control of delivery deadlines Selection of quality suppliers of transport and customs services Control of mutual settlements with suppliers, brokers and carriers Document control Complaint management of the goods delivery Optimization of the Company's business processes related to logistics issues Participation in development and implementation of new IT solutions for supply Requirements for a candidate: Higher special education (logistics) or any higher (technical, management) + additional education in logistics Experience in managing a logistics service in a large company from 3 years is mandatory English - fluent Practical knowledge of banking, transport, warehousing, logistics and customs technologies and procedures Deep knowledge of the legal framework, the Customs Code, foreign trade activities (import, export) Experience in organizing activities of a modern warehouse complex with a targeted storage System approach to problem solving Experienced PC user
