Logistics operation specialist (certification)

Обязанности: Prepares needed documents and applies for the certificates of compliance, declarations of conformity, certificates of state registration, acts of manufacturing analysis, expertise and all other relevant to product standards documentation; Applies for permissive letters for customs/customers purposes; Arranges and controls all steps of the process of in-time documents preparation and keeping all required documents and databases up-to-date; Inquires relevant information and documents (product data, test reports, descriptions, etc.) from the manufactures (company business units); Communicates all requirements to the documents and products to the corporate related levels; Ensures that all samples been received on time; Communication with certification agencies and with government institutes and appropriate ministries; Review distribute information to all involved people; Informs of all relevant changes, initiates and manages projects for implementation of changes within the company local and central marketing/operations/compliance/legal teams with reference to package, product, rating plate, IFU, warranty cards, local documents (national and Customs Union standards); Defines, verifies and communicates labelling requirements; Checks translation correctness for marking text creation; makes sure all texts, labels and stickers are in line with the national/EAEU regulation; Handles and updates legally required database with certificates/quality documents for customs and customers purposes; ensures proper filing of the documents; Assists in import process problem solving related with product compliance; Sets up processes in the company based on the local and corporate regulation; Deals with quality initiates and follows actions on correction; Participates in investigations regarding product safety and compliance initiatives; Makes sure that documents are in place with the Russian (EAEU) regulation and ensures information and documents are distributed properly to the customers, end consumers and authorities Требования: Fluent English as a MUST Higher education in products standards, certification, quality control and safety system is an advantage Profound knowledge of GOST R, Technical regulation and other legal acts and regulation valid in Russian Federation and in EAEU Knowledge of international and European standards Experience in appliances/batteries/chemistry is preferable Strong multitasking skills Ability to work with big volume of data Good knowledge of regional, country requirements; Experience working in regulatory and certification environment Attentive and careful for details Independent: working on own initiative without being constantly supervised Patient, friendly and working well with all kinds of people Условия: Employment according to Russian labour legislation ( temporary employment contract during maternity leave) Working schedule 5/2 Medical insurance after trial period Salary, bonus
