Key responsibilities: Participating in different stages of M Development of investment memos, teasers and presentations for clients; Building financial models of companies, performing valuation analyses; Carrying out industry research and analyzing potential M&A opportunities. Requirements: More than 9 months of work experience in valuation/transaction services of Big4 or previous internships in M&A advisory Solid Excel (financial modelling) and Powerpoint skills Sound knowledge of corporate finance and business valuation theory Basic understanding of accounting principles, including IFRS; Fluent English is a must (both oral and written) Proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills
