M&A Project Manager - Downstream

This position is available only for citizens of Russia. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify perspective downstream projects for company s business growth. Lead the origination of the deal, covering end-to-end process with internal and external stakeholders. Provide structured financial models of the deals, develop valuation analysis. Support negotiation of the deal to maximize the value for the company. Develop and maintain relationships with consultants and regulatory authorities. BACKGROUND Degree in Finance, Economics or related field. Solid M&A execution and investment analysis experience with downstream focus in well-established investment banking organizations or oil & gas companies. Proven record in leading the deal, from origination phase to the closing. Experience in international projects is a strong advantage. Fluent written and spoken English and Russian.
