Manager, Transaction Services (Due Diligence)

Responsibilities

• Project manager on complex transaction services assignments, mostly, due diligence
• Communicating with clients, collecting information, conducting detailed financial analysis, and reporting on findings;
• Preparing presentations and pitch materials;
• Preparing draft contracts, risk management and other project-related documents;
• Coaching and supervising junior staff;
• Being involved in business development activity, showing initiative in building relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Degree from a leading Russian or International University;
• At least 5-6 years experience in audit or transaction services (Big4 is a plus);
• Knowledge of Russian accounting standards and IFRS is a must;
• ACCA/CPA (at least half of the papers passed); Fluent English, Russian (written and spoken);
• Effective team player;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong strategic thinking skills and sound commercial acumen, pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solving;
• Personal drive to deliver results within tight deadlines;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and work environments.
