Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides direct assistance to Territory Marketing team
Manages access to the executive, maintains and modifies executive schedule
Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail
Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; translates documents, answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures
Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment


KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES

University degree or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
Microsoft Office (power point, excel, word, outlook)
Min 1-2 years of administrative support experience
Fluent English skills


Proactive approach to identify task / issues / improvement areas and to suggest solutions
Results orientation ability to focus on delivering goals on time


Communication & interpersonal skills
Focus on details and accuracy


Ability to work under time pressure & multitasking
