Senior Consultant (Budgeting) - CFO Services Group - Consulting Department

As a Senior Consultant, you will be able to work with our professional team on the projects on integrated performance management including methodology development and implementation for strategic and mid-term planning, budgeting, management reporting, cost management, working capital management etc. You will be responsible for the independent delivery of project streams or teamleading of project streams of complex projects led by senior colleagues. This includes independent preparation of project deliverables exploiting own technical expertise and soft skills, direct negotiation with client during project deliverables preparation and approval, team leading and coaching of junior colleagues. The role will involve: Report to Project manager and/or Service Line Leader (CFO Services) Work on any assignment that helps the team and contributes to the Department s goals Develop project deliverables meeting all the deadlines Understand client s needs and address them in the deliverables Lead teams on the complex projects Develop junior colleagues Assist managers in pre-sale process Requirements: Higher education in economics, business, finance or accounting Advanced knowledge in budgeting and management reporting, RAS and IFRS accounting 3+ years of relevant consulting experience or working in senior position (as a must) Participation in methodology development and implementation projects for budgeting and/or management accounting/ reporting processes as a consultant or at the client s side (as a must) Professional qualifications such as CIMA, CMA, CFA or ACCA Record of achievement and rapid career progression Working knowledge of accounting systems (1C, Oracle/HFM, SAP) is an advantage Fluent written and verbal Russian and English Soft skills Strong interpersonal qualities we re looking for professionals who are mature, enthusiastic, persistent, flexible, persuasive, pragmatic, ambitious, innovative, insightful and can judge situations and people quickly Strong analytical skills, self-direction, team-orientation Willingness to travel within CIS Deloitte in Russia is part of Deloitte CIS Holdings Limited ( Deloitte CIS ), a member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL).
