Senior Consultant (Transaction Support/Financial Advisory/Due Diligence)

Responsibilities: Lead advisory engagements under the supervision of a Manager or the Partner Take part in different transaction services assignments, mostly, financial due diligence, but not limited to it Possibility to work on valuation, forensic projects, independent business reviews, finance modeling, business process optimization Provide support to management in planning the engagement and managing the project Plan and perform analyses with the assistance of Juniors Prepare reports Develop junior staff Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with the clients' personnel Being involved in the preparation of proposals to clients Requirements: Higher education (Master in Finance/Mathematics/Technical background) Professional certificate (CFA/ACCA) is a plus 3 years of experience in auditing or/and consulting (Big 4) Successful experience in financial due diligence Strong knowledge of IFRS and Russian Accounting Standards Fluent in Russian and English (French is a plus) Excellent analytical skills Excellent software skills (MS Office and 1C) Excellent team member Proven ability to learn and adapt to new contexts Focused on meeting deadlines with the highest level of quality Inquisitive & able to show initiative Hard working, ready to take on responsibility Ability to go on business trips We offer: Official stable salary Annual bonuses based on performance Health insurance Office in Moscow center (Kurskaya metro station) Lunches + mobile phone allowances Additional week of vacations Internal and external trainings Flexible secondment policy (possibility of temporary move or relocation abroad) etc.
