Requirements: 2012 - 2015 Graduate Work experience/ Internships is a plus Ability to take on and learn new markets and their corporate action processes FSFR certificates 1.0/4.0 Certificate is a plus Strong knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint Basic knowledge of the Russian securities market Key responsibilities: Booking, processing and settlement of Corporate Actions events, including dividends and coupons payments, redemptions of the bonds (Russian market) Liaise between ECM, Trading Assistance, Settlements and Finance Handle reflection of all events in internal systems Processing of the coupons and dividends payments (through the client-bank systems) Preparing of the notifications to the clients about Corporate Actions events Assistance in the processing of Corporate Action events in non-Russian markets Participation in the testing and improvement of Corporate Actions functionality in Calypso Assist other operational areas as required Competencies: English: advanced level (both oral/ written) Good communication and organizational skills Flexible and analytical attitude is a must Should be prepared and capable to multi-task into other jobs with a Hands on approach Must have a follow-up approach to work Attentive and keen personality Accurate with good attention to detail Ability to prioritize Team Player, but equally comfortable working alone Must have enthusiasm and be self-motivated
