Responsibilities: Regular review of corporate sales process, identification of strengths and weaknesses, providing managerial guidelines for improvements and steering execution; Involvement in large international project as coordinator and business analyst; cooperation with cross-border counterparties, external vendors and in-house IT; Performing of competitors studies, ad-hoc analytical researches, market trends analysis; Gathering and providing internal insights relevant for business (e.g. price trends, products utilization etc.) Supervision and steering activities related to big data concept; Identification of innovation opportunities and execution of strategic initiatives to ensure achieving business goals, proactive contribution to corporate strategic view; Supervision of corporate CRM systems development; Preparation of managerial and analytical reports. Requirements: Higher education; Minimum experience required - 5 years of work in banking / financial / consulting; Fluency in English (both written and oral); Excellent analytical skills; Good communication and presentation skills, ability to establish partnership and maintain good level of relationship with key contacts; Advanced user of MS Office; Proactive position; Strong organizational and management skills; Creative approach towards execution of non-standard activities; ability to manage complex and diverse tasks, to anticipate and mitigate internal and/or external risks; Passion for constant self- and business development; Knowledge of corporate banking products as a plus; Management of international projects as a plus.
