Audit Director

Responsibilities: Manage auditors team, personnel mentorship and development; Schedule audit plan for different industries; Manage deadlines and quality of audit of RAS and IFRS; Control transformation and consolidation; Reports preparation; Manage effective client relationships; Requirements: Russian Audit License is required; ACCA will be an advantage; Proven experience within an Audit firm; Knowledge of best practice reporting, Russian and International Accounting Standards; Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate all audit staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance; Willingness to travel within Russia; Excellent communication skills; Written and spoken English and Russian language; Условия: Opportunities for personal and professional growth within the Company; Business trips; Intensive work load; Attractive compensation package; Quartarly transparent bonus scheme; Participation in challanging audit projects.
