CFO with strong experience in construction, real estate or logistics

Our client, a Russian logistics company is looking for a CFO with strong experience in construction, real estate or logistics. Responsibilities: Ensure conformity and reliability of financial statements for the subsidiaries; Manage relations with administrations, external auditors and shareholders; Provide leadership in the driving of Budget, Forecast and investment plans building process; Provide timely and accurate reporting to the shareholders; Secure an accurate cash level and manage the relations with banks; Implement locally financial policies as well as group financial projects; Support projects in the regions by giving advice and financial vision to departments; Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities; Develop accurate competencies and behaviors of local reporting teams; Manage finance team (controlling, accounting). Main requirements: Master degree in finance; Experienced with finance roles in holding companies; Fluent English is MUST; Experience with IFRS; Capacity to have a global view as well as to go into detail, to think strategically; Good communication skills.
