The role will involve:Participation in consulting projects which assume single or multiple types of changes in organisation, (e.g. ERP implementation, Post Merger Integration, organizational transformation, etc), playing key roles in the following activities: Develop and coordinate Change strategy and implementation plan Plan and develop project communications: Media Analysis, Communication Plan, Letters, Posters, Newsletters, Articles, Teambuldings, Meetings and Events, etcPerform Change impact assessment, develop and coordinate change implementation plan Analyse target audience and define project stakeholders, engage stakeholders and manage their expectations Evaluate personnel readiness to change, identify organizational project risks and develop mitigation plan Develop training approach, perform audience analysis and training needs assessment. Develop training program and schedule. Participate in training preparation and delivery; Provide reports and regular updates on project status and results. Active participation in internal initiatives of Change Management practice (Deloitte CIS) To be considered you should possess: Experience in the following areas: - Organizational Change Management- Communications/ PR- Business process analysis- Surveys and events planning and organisation- Training planning and organisation Experience in participation or leading a stream in large transformation projects, e.g. ERP-system implementation Creative thinking and strong analitycal skills Coming ideally from a Big 4 / "similar" consulting firm or an in-house environment (big multinationals or Russian "majors"). Fluent English language skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Result-oriented and client-oriented attitude Multitasking PC skills (MS Office: excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project) Readiness to business trip (20-50% of working time) and overtime work University degree (i.e. Masters degree in Economics, Marketing, PR, Sociology) is a must, advanced degree (e.g. MBA) and/or professional qualifications will be a plus
