Consultant/Senior Consultant to Strategy and Operations team (Government sector)

Services provided by department: Strategy development/review: corporate, business portfolio, particular market/segment, market entry Management systems design and optimization Business processes design and optimization Project Management Successful candidates' profile Knowledge and technical skills: Information collection and analysis methods and techniques Good report writing skills Strong knowledge and working experience with PC Russian native/fluent, English advanced/fluent (both oral and written) Education and experience: University degree (Russian or equivalent) preferably in Economics, Finance 1+ years work experience in consulting and/or government sector research Experience in macroeconomic research is a plus Soft skills: Established communication skills Strong team player Ability to operate in multitask environment Business writing skills (both in Russia and in English) Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines
