Corporate Finance Analyst

goetzpartners is seeking a full-time Analyst (2nd year) to support its M&A team in Moscow. As a fully-fledged member of our team you will support us in handling mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance mandates. Your role will involve financial analysis, particularly of M&A valuation models. You will also work on Information Memoranda and other presentations and attend client appointments along with the team. In addition, your daily work will include research and the detailed analysis of industries, relevant competitors and buyer and seller groups. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Excellent university degree, ideally in finance - Minimum one year of professional experience in investment banking/private equity/valuation - Strong understanding of financial statements - Knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques - Advanced MS Excel, Power Point and Word skills - Strong analytical skills - Attention to details, ability to work with huge bulks of information - Excellent communication skills - Fluent English (both verbal and written) - Willingness to learn and high level of commitment to career in corporate finance WHAT WE OFFER YOU Build your own personal career path within an open, flexible and friendly corporate culture.
