FX and MM Settlement Officer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall Settlement process over FX, MM, Credit and Funding intercompany transactions life cycle, including in particular: Follow the provided Priority and Payment Schemes; Payments timely execution meeting cut-offs; Meeting Currency Control requirements Timely Follow Ups and receipts control Control over related Trade supporting documentation; Communication with Treasury and Correspondent Banks. Related trades activity Support, in particular: Internal and external reports check, timely provision and escalations; Due transactions reflection in back-office and related systems; Settlement data registers proper maintenance; Support to Internal and external Auditors in relation to FX, MM and Funding transactions. REQUIREMENTS: Working experience with payments processing in a bank is an advantage; FXMM transactions and RF Currency Control knowledge is an advantage; FSFR certificates 1.0; English (Upper Intermediate); PC Literacy (MS Office); COMPETENCIES: Diligent and Self-motivated; Attentive to details; Communication and Influencing skills; Smart and Quick minded; Stress tolerant; Ability to work under pressure.
