The company's team combines global experience of an international company with a clear understanding of the Russian market.Responsibilities: Project management (legal and tax) To take primary responsibility in maintaining successful relationships with clients Run projects business development To ensure the provision of quality services, striving to exceed customer expectations Maintain a motivated team of 16 professionals, and to develop and increase the Department Requirements: Experience in tax within an international company or in Russian consulting the firm at least 11 years High level of understanding of Russian corporate and commercial law Excellent technical knowledge of tax legislation of the Russian Federation Knowledge of RAS (Russian accounting standards) Outstanding management skills: the ability to manage dynamically and effectively in the context of multitasking Strong communication skills and negotiation skills in both Russian and English languages Experience with transfer pricing The desire to work The desire and the opportunity to develop their practice Team management skills: the ability to inspire and lead the team Knowledge of languages: Russian, English mandatory, French/German is desirable Conditions: salary (according to interview results) is high, stable, bonuses, social package, a modern office in the centre of Moscow, a wonderful and professional team
