Manager - Supply Chain Management - Consulting Department

The role will involve: Assume responsibility for selling and delivering management consulting assignments in Supply Chain Management Manage consulting projects with focus on Supply Chain operations and strategy for for Deloitte s potential and target clients in industries of retail, FMCG, logistics & transportation, oil&gas, metals&mining, and media technology Lead teams of professionals and ensure client sign off of the team result Provide personal expertise in SCM area Lead practice development initiatives and marketing activities to promote Deloitte Supply Chain Management global and local expertize in Russian and CIS markets. Network with Deloitte professional SCM communities of practice (CoP) around the world Build strong relationships with the clients through personal performance and superior quality of the delivery Act as a role model for junior staff and contribute to talent development To be considered you should possess: Work experience with leading Consulting companies or Supply chain function in industry (obligatory) including deep knowledge of core SCM processes such as, but not limited to, the following: Integrated planning Demand and supply planning Production planning Sourcing & procurement Sales & distribution 5+ years of professional work experience with leading Russian or multinational consulting companies 2+ years experience of selling and delivering consulting projects with annual consulting revenue of 1 mil. USD and over. Good understanding of the CIS & Global Supply Chain Management trends and best practices Strong communication experience should include superior presentation skills and interpersonal communication Fluent written and spoken English Ability to accommodate extensive client travel Superior work ethic, ability to meet tight deadlines BS degree required, MBA degree is a plus Strong analytic and research skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications
