Manager (Shared Service Center) - CFO Services group - Consulting Department

As a Manager you will be able to advise CFOs on best practice approaches in key areas of the finance function. You will do this by combining your personal experience with existing Deloitte propositions in e.g. performance management, cost management, financial modelling, shared services, financial process optimization and profitability analysis. You will be responsible for the independent delivery of engagements or major modules of large projects. This includes leading the approach, liaising with clients and other parties and directing the activities of individuals within the team. The role will involve: Development and creation of financial and accounting model based on Shared Service Centers (SSC) Report to Service Line Leader (CFO Services) Lead medium and key projects for clients Anticipate client needs and keep in touch with senior client management Lead proposals and business development efforts Take a lead role in counseling and providing performance feedback to consultant team To be considered you should possess: Higher education in economics, business, finance or accounting Professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA (would be considered as advantage) Involvement in SSC professional community (Marcus Evans, IC Energy etc. - would be considered as advantage) 5+ years of relevant consulting experience or working in senior position in CIS leading Shared Service Centers Record of achievement and rapid career progression Proficient understanding of FSSC concept and its components Understanding and ability to effectively produce feasibility study for Finance Services Center Proficient understanding of typical transactions for Finance Shared Services Center. Ability to effectively lead FSSC transformation projects Advanced knowledge in financial accounting and reporting (IFRS, US GAAP, RAS) Working knowledge of accounting systems (1C, Oracle/HFM, SAP) is an advantage Fluent written and verbal Russian and English Soft skills Strong interpersonal qualities ‑ we re looking for professionals who are mature, enthusiastic, persistent, flexible, persuasive, pragmatic, ambitious, innovative, insightful and can judge situations and people quickly Strong analytical skills, self-direction, team-orientation Strong leadership skills Willingness to travel
