Manager, Transaction Services (Financial Sector)

Responsibilities Project manager on complex transaction services assignments, mostly, due diligence of financial institutions (banks, insurance and leasing companies) in the framework of M Communicating with clients, collecting information, conducting detailed financial analysis, and reporting on findings; Preparing presentations and pitch materials; Preparing draft contracts, risk management and other project-related documents; Coaching and supervising junior staff; Being involved in business development activity, showing initiative in building relationships with clients. Requirements Degree from a leading Russian or International University; At least 5-6 years experience in due diligence with Finance Sector sector specialization (Big4 is a plus); Knowledge of Russian accounting standards and IFRS is a must; ACCA/CPA (at least half of the papers passed); Fluent English (written and spoken).
