Manager (Treasury) - CFO Services group - Consulting department

Manager role: Report to Service Line Leader (CFO Services Group); Lead small/medium projects (treasury) or separate streams within key projects; Proactively manage client issues and expectations; Plan and organize business development efforts; Counsel team of consultants on their strength and areas for improvement and facilitate on the job learning. Hard skills Solid experience in Treasury, Treasury IT systems implementation, Treasury processes design; Advanced knowledge of cash and liquidity management, financial instruments (loans, credits, covenants, FX, bank guarantee, guarantee facility, factoring); Advanced knowledge of IT systems (1C, SAP ERP); Experience in preparation of methodology documents; Advanced knowledge of Excel; Advanced knowledge in financial accounting and reporting (IFRS, US GAAP, RAS); Fluent written and verbal Russian and Intermediate level of English. Soft skills Strong interpersonal qualities ‑ we re looking for professionals who are mature, enthusiastic, persistent, flexible, persuasive, pragmatic, ambitious, innovative, insightful and can judge situations and people quickly; Strong analytical skills, self-direction, team-orientation; Strong leadership skills; Willingness to travel. Previous working experience 3+ years of relevant consulting experience or working in treasure in leading companies; Record of achievement and rapid career progression. Education Higher education in economics, business, finance or accounting; Professional qualifications such as DiIFR, ACCA, CPA, CIMA (would be considered as advantage).
