Product manager for Trading platform

To do Analyze and improve a customer journey for traders at LAToken trading platform Improve trading interface and functionality of existing trading platform Drive up user conversion rates and trading volumes Lead the development of the trading infrastructure (e.g. integration of the back-office, development of cash/stock settlement gateway) Work in close cooperation with the IT-development team and designers What we are looking for/Who fits Previous 2+ experience in trading infrastructure development in leading financial organizations (e.g. banks, hedge funds, investment firms) is a strong advantage Proprietary trading experience is a strong advantage 2+ years of analytical experience in a top international environment (e.g. top international consultancies or investment firms) is a plus Excellent problem-solving and execution skills with strong focus on impact Entrepreneurial drive and leadership skills You like to double your efforts when things do not work well Fluent English is a must Benefits Opportunity to join the team spearheading blockchain implementation in the capital markets Salary of $4000 6000 (net), rapid growth potential High bonuses, potential participation in token options Weekly movies/sci talks night receptions
