Senior Analyst / Associate

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Analysis of M&A opportunities Preparation of presentations and pitches Valuation and financial modelling M&A and corporate advisory services for the clients Due diligence support Pursuing and closing M&A deals according to set targets QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Higher Education in Economics or Finance in the top Russian universities (HSE, NES, MSU, FA, MGIMO are preferred) Master degree is preferred CFA Level 1 or 2 is preferred Experience in pharmaceutical industry / work on pharmaceutical projects is preferred Excellent analytical skills Fluent English Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word LIKELY / NECESSARY EXPERIENTIAL BACKGROUND: Over 3 years of experience in M&A or valuation departments in BIG4 companies, investment banks or M&A boutiques COMPETENCIES: Strong corporate finance and valuation skills Understanding of M&A process and its key stages Strong analytical, writing and communication skills Stress resistance High motivation Readiness to take responsibility Ability to work independently and overtime
