You will take part in the following projects: Financial due diligence of acquisition/disposal targets Preparation of financial representations and warranties for sale and purchase agreements Review of forecasts Data room setup and management Preparation of listing documents Negotiation support Qualifications: Higher education in Finance or Accounting 7+ years of previous experience in Corporate Finance Certified ACCA, CFA is an advantage Professional demeanor and strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical skills Fluent English Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines Availability for business trips Extensive knowledge of the local accounting environment Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word Understanding of complex transactions Management skills Expect to work closely with the Business Valuation, Financial Modelling and M&A teams within the Financial Advisory department.
