MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Production support of DMA platforms and client s connectivity (GATELab, FIX solutions, QUIK) Production support of market connectivity and DMA connections of trading desk (Fidessa, MUREX, In-House trading solutions) Institutional clients onboarding assistance and support Fix problems identified by clients / traders Participate in life cycle of software development (testing, pre-production, production) Provide performance measuring, monitoring and tuning Development of alerting system, monitoring, notification service TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 1+ years of experience in support / development function Basic T-SQL knowledge (MSSQL/MySQL administration skills is a plus ) Basic knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure Basic knowledge of Servers administration (Windows, Linux) Basic knowledge of development (any of C++/C# / VB. Net, PHP, Python etc.) PREFERRED: Experience in FO trading systems development: market data processing, orders routing, positions management Experience in market connectivity products Experience in FIX processing Experience in risk management, market risk models, margin control. Linux Admin/shell Basic knowledge of financial markets (Cash & equities, FX, derivatives) FIX protocol, QUIK knowledge is a plus Trading experience is a plus COMPETENCIES: Good command of English Good team player Perception and negotiation skills
