VC analyst

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have 2 - 4 years of experience from Corporate finance (M Valuation or M Research department of well-known investment bank; Strong quantitative, analytical and qualitative skills; Business valuation knowledge; High level of MS Excel proficiency; Proven expertise in financial analysis and modelling; Excellent presentation skills in MS PowerPoint; Fluent in Russian and English; Strong academic background; High standards of professional conduct; Your task: Perform industry and company analysis; Financial modelling and valuation of companies (DCF & multiples using MS Excel) Preparation of MS PowerPoint presentations, pitch books, info memo and other documents in Russian and English); Prepare regular portfolio companies status updates for internal/external readers.
