Work with data bases
Support for Consultants
Responsible for searching and selecting candidates (Finance & Accounting area) for leading foreign and Russian companies
Maintaining and developing relationships with candidates
Developing candidates' database - networking, taking references, direct approach
Arranging and conducting interviews with candidates
Back-up for consultants
Any other support activity within a team
Successful candidate`s profile:
Higher education
Good command of English
Analytical skills, team-player's skills
Sales experience is a plus Communicative skills
Very open-minded, proactive and high potential person
