  • Sales Plan Fulfillment.
  • Penetration Rate Targets Fulfillment in cooperation with banks - partners (SG Group Members).
  • Trainings and following coaching of Sales Staff (Banks’ sales staff of SG Group).
  • Sales Analysis and its following control.
  • Strong Cooperation with Management (top managers of SG Group Members)
  • Action plans development for the following sales increasing
  • Local Contests Development for insurance products promotion
  • Sales Monitoring, strong control and detailed feed back concerning situation in fields, detailed activity report on weekly and monthly basis and strong control of competitors activity (banks and insurers)




  • High education (preferably Finance or Management)
  • Strong communication, influence, sales, organization skills
  • Experience with savings insurance products
  • Result oriented
  • Ability to work hard and be efficient under the pressure
  • Successful sales experience (preferably in Finance or FMCG, 3 years and more)
  • English language - fluent
