Based in Atyrau, Kazakhstan reporting to the HQ, General Manager will take immediate and full responsibility of the local structure and of all the activities at country level, with the support of Company’s central functions. In accordance with corporate guidelines, he/she will primarily has to secure the business and to lead the local team, with a personal focus on developing sales and key account relationships. Company plans to make more agressive sales, develop the Market of Kazakhstan and increase market share.

- Experience in leadership - with focus on human resources and org development, performance management, sales channel management etc.
- Demonstrated ability to provide proactive, positive coaching and development
- Strong business, financial and technical skills - demonstrated sales and operations success
- Education in Engineering preferred.
- From 6 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development in industrial products (pumps, valves, heat exchanges etc., industrial products)must have managed sales team for at least 3 years
- Direct sales experience and dealer sales experience
- Fluent Russian and English languages
