Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in consultative and client-facing sales role.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Relevant experience with consultative sales and account management (e.g., media agency sales, etc.).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of branding and media solutions and passion for Google product suite (YouTube, Search, GDN).
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of seeking additional opportunities.
  • Effective relationship and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

As an Account Manager, you will help grow Russian Health, Personal Care and Pharma customers and their investments through building trusted relationships and developing a deep understanding of customers' business objectives and challenges. You'll focus on improving performance and identifying new opportunities across our portfolio of products and platforms to help achieve our customers' objectives and solve their challenges. You will partner with clients and their agencies on the creation of testing frameworks to drive innovation for Google solutions that can then be scaled across markets.

In this role, you'll use your comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape, gained through past work experience or qualifications such as the Google Digital Workshop certificate.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage trusted relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges.
  • Act as the primary client and agency point-of-contact on media planning, delivery and performance of Google Media across Google platforms.
  • Partner with multiple client and agency points-of-contact to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple ongoing initiatives.
  • Partner with Health and Personal Care and Pharma Industry Manager, Branding Video Specialist and Support teams on the development, coordination and activation of short-, mid- and long-term customer plans aligned to meet and exceed customers business objectives and grow their investment in Google.
  • Go above and beyond service excellence to showcase clients' business value and encourage future growth of our partnerships.
