Deloitte CIS is currently looking for a Business Analyst in the Change Management Group of its Consulting department of our Moscow office.

As a Business Analyst you will advise and accompany clients in ensuring the success of strategic business transformations by managing Change and its People & Organization implications. We are geared at achieving sustainable results with our clients and therefore you will hold a variety of roles on projects from assisting with hands-on deliverables to managing projects or leading programs and teams. To contribute effectively to such type of interventions you should be able to rely on a broad number of areas amongst: managing change, organization design, leadership development, workforce planning & transition, group coaching, program management, organization development, talent & performance management, managing resistance, knowledge management and communication campaigns. The role will be to: Participate in consulting projects relating to people and functions development, change management Develop and execute Change Management strategy, based on Deloitte Change Management methodology and client needs. Manage project and client/business relationships Provide effective communications inside the project team and between the project team and client organization Insure effective interaction with project team and other involved employees Identify risks and opportunities which may have a positive influence on project realization Provide reports and regular updates on project status and results Develop Training strategy and manage knowledge transfer The successful candidate should have: Any experience in the following areas: - change management, - communications, - business process analysis - ERP implementation - PMO - Project management - Training Coming ideally from a Big 4 / "similar" consulting firm or an in-house environment (big multinationals or Russian "majors") Fluent English language skills Excellent oral and written communication skills PC skills (MS Office: excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project) Readiness to business trip (20-50% of working time) University degree (in Economics/ Finance/ Marketing/ Sociology) is a must
