- Preparation of UBOs and their company(es) profiles for bank accounts opening and business transactions (consistent professional history, verified SoW, all other necessary pre-checks according to regulations to maximise clients’ ability to pass bank compliance and operate sustainably);
- Audit of financial and personal reputation of partners and counterparties;
- Creation and maintenance of internal compliance database;
- Preparation of complex business transactions;
- Risk assessment and risk management;
- Search for information in various international databases.
Требования к кандидату
- 10+ years of experience in similar roles in Russian and international consulting companies;
- Experienced in complex multi-jurisdictional investigations;
- Proven ability to use open and specialized sources of information, own network of contacts;
- Experience is using a wide range of research and networking techniques;
- Problem solving mindset, team player.
