Financial controller

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Numerical and analytical support to the management of the Group
• Review Budgeting and Credit Controlling processes
• Production costs forecasting and controlling
• Cash flow forecasting and controlling
• Group liquidity management
• Group taxation and transfer pricing analysis
• Intragroup transaction analysis
• Financial modelling and forecasting
• Investments analysis
• Project finance
• Participation in Group IFRS and statutory audits
• Dealing with banks (TOP-3 Russian banks)
• Covenants compliance planning and analysis
• Ad-hoc tasks received from the Group CFO or other management of the Group

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS FOR A CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance/ Economics or equivalent
• 5+ years varied experience in accounting or finance in manufacturing company (B2B)
• Experience in automation of accounting and finance processes
• Experience in implementation of 1C ERP and electronic documents flows systems
• Familiarity with Russian Accounting Principles and IFRS
• Solid proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written is a must
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, time management skills, consistency, strong inter-personal skills, ability to thrive and take initiative in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, desire to learn
