Our client, an international production company (industrial sector), is looking for Head of Treasury for CIS (with location in Russia, Moscow).

Responsibilities


Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding Coordinate and review ongoing cash planning Identify risks and develop actionable plans to manage them Evaluate business funding needs/capital structure; Perform short Ensure company compliance with currency control legislation; Manage and maintain the relationship with banks; Facilitate factoring including, if needed, external syndication Optimize number of bank accounts to ensure sound business practices and adequate cash risk management Support internal and external audits, as necessary
Customer Centricity and Internal stakeholders interactions
Benchmark best practices in other regions or within specific businesses, that can be translated into CIS Follow and enforce controllership and compliance policies while maintaining strong working relationship with all internal business partners Engage all applicable businesses and Global Operations stakeholders into treasury processes Be inclusive and involve all the right people prior to decision making Provide guidance on contract setup, if requested by the businesses, on matters relating to cash and FX Effectively support various GE Teams with Treasury related activities and data
Organization
Ensure the organization is appropriately resourced, with the relevant competencies to meet company`s needs and succession planning It is also critical to display Leadership without authority and influencing skills Manage, coach and develop the team, across the organization Drive a performance management culture within the team, ensuring clear roles Manage and motivate the team, communicate and translate Treasury organizational strategy, mission, and vision

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, Approx. 7 years of relevant finance experience, per below: Excellent leadership skills ability to communicate vision Experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects Excellent influencing and relationship management skills Excellent communication Finance shared services experience, or as a minimum a good understanding of shared services dynamics Strong ownership Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills. Ability to anticipate obstacles and tackle them Strategic thinker, creates actionable operating plans Ability to drive process excellence and standardization Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and proven commitment to meeting deadlines Cultural awareness Good understanding of core Finance operational processes Willingness to travel as required Fluency in English and Russian, both oral and written.
