Intern, Real Estate Advisory (Valuation and Сonsulting)

Responsibilities:

You may be involved in projects of Real Estate Advisory (valuation, deal advisory, finance raise, feasibility studies), covering:

• Market research
• Analysis of financial and operational data
• Financial modeling
• Report writing
• Preparation of client presentations and pitches

On regular basis:

• Market monitoring, including international real estate markets
• Surveys in real estate and construction sector
• Maintaining real estate databases

To fulfill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Higher education or last year student
• Experience in accounting or real estate consulting, real estate development or asset management companies will be an advantage
• Basic understanding of financial accounting, valuation methods, financial analysis
• Fluent English in order to work with documentation
• Good writing skills in Russian and English
• PC literate (familiar with MS Office)
• Good financial modeling skills (including VBA) will be an advantage
• Analytical skills, attention to details
• Ready to learn and work hard
• Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks
