Education, experience and skills requirements:
Undergraduates 2017 (bachelor, master or specialist degree) preferable in Valuation and Real Estate or another specialization in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Sciences and Engineering.
Ability to work full-time
Comprehensive theoretical knowledge of valuation theory
Practical experience in report writing and the preparation of electronic presentations using MS Applications
Preparation proposals, presentations, information MEMO
Practical working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to structure and build complex financial models / business plans
Russian native/fluent, English Intermediate (both oral and written)
As advantage:
Ongoing participation in and / or completion of one of the following professional qualifications is an advantage: ASA, RICS, ACCA, RSV (Russian statutory valuation certificates - SMAO, ROO)
work experience in the valuation (involvement in the projects on the valuation of fixed assets: Real Estate and Machinery and Equipment)
Knowledge of general valuation principles and standards, specifically IFRS, IVS
Knowledge of general accounting principles, specifically IFRS
Strong numerical & financial analytical skills and knowledge
Soft skills:
Ability to operate in multitask environment
Strong presentation skills
Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines
Willingness to travel (Russia and abroad)
Business writing skills (both in Russian and in English)
